Overnight shipping is available at $50.00 per box.
Feeder insects are shipped 2-3 day priority at $10 per box.
Delta Dash is available by request and cost will depend on the size and weight of the order.
Local pickup and show/expo delivery are available.
Know your state and local laws. It is your responsibility to know these before making a purchase. I will NOT knowingly break, disobey, or circumvent laws. This includes "brown-boxing" or shipping inappropriately just to cut shipping costs. The sellers doing this are only giving USFWS more reason to regulate the hobby or end it entirely.
Methods of Payment:
Payments made via paypal are preferred, but postal money orders can be accepted. Personal checks and money orders will NOT be accepted. Paypal names and addresses must match those on the shipping label unless the package is set to be held for pickup at your nearest FedEx ship center.
Wholesale is available for pet stores and qualified resellers. Minimum order requirements apply.
Trade offers are welcome. Due to the increased cost of shipping, trades can only be accepted when the combined total is valued at more than $150.00. I will not ship first when approached with a trade offer. If the package shipped to me contains incorrectly identified, sexed, or measured animals, one of the two following actions will take place: (1) Your package will be returned to your at your expense, or (2) the trade will be renegotiated to account for the misidentified, improperly sexed, or incorrectly measured animals. Please be accurate when offering trades.
Reserving an Animal:
Animals are only considered sold once payment has been received. Expressing interest, an intent to pay, or requesting an invoice does not guarantee a purchase. Animals will not be reserved without a deposit. Likewise, no animal will be shipped until full payment is received. Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are transferable minus 15% of the total sale price which will be kept as a "restocking fee". This fee covers the expenses incurred or that will be incurred (e.g., reposting ads, taking new photos, care, feeding, transaction fees, etc.). Any request for refunds prior to shipping/delivery/pickup will also incur a 15% fee to cover expenses as listed above.
All health and live arrival guarantees are dependent on 3 conditions:
(1) You must provide an accurate shipping address.
(2) Daytime temperatures must be between 40 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
(3) Somebody must sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
Live arrival is guaranteed on all animals shipped overnight. Any claims regarding the LAG must be reported within 8 hours from the time of delivery. After 8 hours I must assume the animal(s) arrived alive. Accurate and clear photographs will be required on any DOA claims. DOA animals may need to be returned to validate claims.
Guarantee that animals are properly sexed:
Any animal sold as sexed is guaranteed to be as advertised. If you have reason to believe the animals were sexed incorrectly you must notify me within 2 days (48 hrs) from delivery. After 48 hours I will assume you are pleased with your purchase and all animals were sexed appropriately where applicable.
Reptile Health Guarantee:
Reptiles are guaranteed to be feeding and healthy when they leave my facility. Any health claims must be made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. If two days pass without word, then I will assume the reptile(s) arrived healthy and is/are doing well. If I do not hear from you within 48 hours of arrival, I will assume that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and our transaction is complete.
Spider Health Guarantee:
I guarantee that spiders that leave my facility are healthy and that they will arrive to you in good health. If for any reason you suspect the spider is not doing well, it must be reported to me within 24 hours of arrival. After 24 hours I must assume that the spider is in good health, you are satisfied with your purchase, and our transaction is complete.
