Adult size - These are one of the contenders for the largest tarantula species. Around 8-9" is average, but larger specimens are known.
Temperament - Notorious hair kicker and will bite if provoked.
Caging - Terrestrial setup with a few inches of soil. An artificial hide is recommended.
Substrate - Damp not wet mix of peat and vermiculite.
